Thursday: Spice Rubbed Chicken Breasts (using the spice rub HERE; her Lazy Lasagna Chili is really good, too!), Maple Dill Carrots (Serves 4) WWPP=0
Friday: Sunrise Smoothie (Serves 2) WWPP=4
