Meal Plan Monday: 2/9/2014-2/16/2014
I spent this weekend going through and taking inventory of our freezers, fridge and pantry, so right now, I am on a mission to make use of what we already have on hand!
Monday: Fish Sticks/Fish Fillets (frozen), Fries (frozen) & Corn on the Cob (Fish Tacos for mom) & Mandarin Oranges (canned)
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Pork Loin (from Aldi’s), Hungry Girl Miracle Mashies, Lemon Pepper Green Beans & Pineapple Chunks (canned)
Wednesday: Butterball BBQ Turkey Sausage, Maple Dill Carrots, Broccoli
Thursday: BBQ Meatballs on Mashed Potatoes, Spinach, Green Beans or Sweet Peas
Friday: $8 Heart-Shaped Pizza from Papa Murphy’s
Saturday: Family Night after our church service, but I’m taking tortilla chips and cheese & bean dips, a zebra striped cake, Butterscotch Nibbles and a boxed bacon & ranch pasta salad
Sunday: Leftovers

I’m on my second week of trying to use what I have on hand to make our meal plan. Isn’t amazing how much can accumulate in such a short time? Your menu sounds great!
LOL! I really didn’t know we had that much turkey bacon…or chicken! 🙂
