Meal Planning: 10/23/2013-10/27/2013
I am always so late about these posts, since they’re supposed to be posted on MONDAY! Oh well, at least my family can eat the rest of the week now! 🙂
Wednesday: Southwest Chicken Salad (lettuce, slaw, shredded chicken, black beans, corn, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, corn chips or crushed tortillas, Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning, sour cream/plain Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes)
Thursday: Tomato Chicken Rice Gumbo (this isn’t exactly our recipe – we use spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce, but it’s close!); Steamable Broccoli & Cheese
Friday Lunch: HG’s Turkey Reuben Quesadilla (WWPP=5)
Friday Dinner: Crock Pot Beef Stew (hubby’s recipe: stew meat, baby carrots, quartered potatoes, a can of cream of mushroom soup and a packet of onion soup mix!)
Saturday Lunch: HG’s Cheeseburger Mac Attack (WWPP=5)
Saturday Dinner: HG’s Chicken Enchilada Casserole (WWPP=6)
Sunday Lunch: HG’s BBQ Chicken Cornbread Casserole (WWPP=7) & Maple Dill Carrots
