Sunday: (breakfast) Spinach & Mushroom Quesadillas (Serves 6) WWPP=4, fresh fruit (cherries, oranges, apples, grapes, cantaloupe, grapefruit)
(lunch) Nachos (tortilla chips, taco meat, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
(dinner) Cheesy Taco Pasta (Serves 6) WWPP=9, Corn
