Recipe: Tomato Chicken Gumbo WWPP=5

I have searched the interwebz for the origins of the recipe and cannot find it, so I’m going to share it because it’s quick and easy and tastes awesome!  If you know it’s origins, please let me know!

This recipe can be made in a pot on the stove, too…no need to worry about freezing it if you don’t want to! We sub shredded chicken for diced because that’s what we usually have.
