I have searched the interwebz for the origins of the recipe and cannot find it, so I’m going to share it because it’s quick and easy and tastes awesome! ┬áIf you know it’s origins, please let me know!

This recipe can be made in a pot on the stove, too…no need to worry about freezing it if you don’t want to! We sub shredded chicken for diced because that’s what we usually have.
