Thursday: Burrito Bake (Serves 8) WWPP=6, Light Spanish Rice (Serves 6) WWPP=4, Mexican Corn

Friday: (lunch) Chicken Stuffing Bake (Serves 8) WWPP=6
(dinner) LEFTOVERS

Saturday: (breakfast) Core Weight Watchers Farmer’s Breakfast Casserole (Serves 4) WWPP=7
(lunch) Taco Casserole (Serves 6) WWPP=6
(dinner) Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Chicken Bake (Serves 4) WWPP=8

Sunday: (lunch) Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan (Serves 4) WWPP=7, side salad
(dinner) Lean/Low Fat Chicken Fried Steak (Serves 4) WWPP=6, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
