If you&#8217;re like me in your weight loss journey, your first instinct may be to reward a weight loss goal with food. \u00a0That&#8217;s not the route to go, though. \u00a0Doesn&#8217;t that kind of defeat your ultimate goal?<\/p>\n<p>The number one reward I have come up with is shopping! \u00a0New clothes for the new you! \u00a0You&#8217;ll need new digs as you outgrow your larger things anyways, right?<\/p>\n<p>The other way is a manicure and\/or pedicure. \u00a0I, personally, head right over to our beauty school&#8230;it&#8217;s in a good location (our closest mall) and it&#8217;s cheap and it&#8217;s still a pampering! \u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>What other ways could you reward yourself?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/movingcars.com.au\/mainsite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/great-job.jpg\" width=\"396\" height=\"379\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, I was reading this post over at Skinny Mom, and it got me to wondering&#8230;what are non-food ways to reward yourself? \u00a0How many different ways can you celebrate without food?
